The role requires collaboration across engineering, quality, finance, and supply chain to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. With 5+ years in purchasing and supplier management, you will analyze supplier costs, lead negotiations, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement with supplier ownership.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills; data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFQs, supplier selection, and contract execution.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and negotiate with suppliers.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve cost, quality, and delivery.
