Qualifications

• Experience following up with suppliers, tracking delivery commitments, expediting orders, or resolving PO issues.
• Experience using purchasing, inventory, ERP, or MRP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for purchasing analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Ability to analyze material information, identify supply risks, and communicate recovery actions.
• Demonstrated initiative, urgency, adaptability, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site at the Siemens Smart Infrastructure facility in Broken Arrow, OK.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchase orders in SAP or other purchasing systems to maintain material availability for production.
• Follow up with suppliers on confirmations, delivery commitments, backorders, and past-due orders; expedite pull-ins and revised delivery dates to protect schedules.
• Process MRP recommendations and purchasing requirements per established procedures.
• Communicate material shortages and supplier updates to cross-functional teams.
• Resolve purchase order, receiving, and invoice discrepancies to improve transaction accuracy and supplier payments.
• Analyze material and supplier information to identify risks and take proactive actions to support production continuity.
