Job summary

Strong math, organizational skills, and Excel familiarity are important for success. Training will cover SAP ERP system basics, measurement and unit conversions, and best practices in supplier management.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
• Basic math skills and willingness to perform unit conversions (training provided).
• Strong written communication, especially in professional email correspondence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in purchasing, administrative work, or office environment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming purchase orders (POs) accurately.
• Communicate with suppliers via email to confirm order details and specs.
• Verify product measurements and unit conversions (lb to kg and vice versa).
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation.
• Use Microsoft Excel to review and manage purchasing data.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve order discrepancies.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout the purchasing process.
• Assist with procurement and administrative tasks as assigned.
