Job summary

JOST International is seeking a Buyer to analyze MRP requirements, plan raw materials, and maintain ERP processes to support production. You will manage supplier relationships, issue purchase orders, and maintain SAP master data to ensure timely deliveries for manufacturing schedules.

The role requires 3–5 years in a production environment, strong Excel and SAP MM skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent; relevant work history required.
• 3–5 years of business experience in a production facility.
• APICS and/or ISM membership preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze MRP requirements and forecasting to meet production demands.
• Place purchase orders and maintain purchasing documents for schedules.
• Manage supplier onboarding, scorecards, and supplier relationships.
• Maintain SAP material master data and related planning parameters.
• Support inventory control activities including cycle counts and reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales/Engineering/Production for launches and lead-time management.
