Job summary

RADIALL S.A. is seeking a Buyer/Planner to execute procurement strategies and manage supplier relationships for a manufacturing environment in Oregon. The role requires SAP MM/PP expertise and the ability to align with production planning and demand forecasting.

The candidate will negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and ensure on-time, cost-effective material availability while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive procurement or purchasing experience in a manufacturing or technical supply chain environment.
• Demonstrated expertise with SAP ERP MM/PP, MRP execution, PO processing, and Info Records.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage purchase orders and procurement activities in SAP ERP MM/PP to support production schedules.
• Monitor dashboards, requisitions, inventory levels, and order status to ensure timely material delivery.
• Develop sourcing strategies, analyze market conditions, coordinate RFQs/RFPs, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve delivery delays, quality issues, and nonconformances.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Production Planning, and Sourcing to support demand forecasting and material availability.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and implement process improvements to reduce costs.
