Job summary

Boyd Thermal Solutions Inc. in Billerica, MA is seeking a Buyer-Planner to plan and execute supply chain requirements for our growing Systems product line of liquid cooling thermal products (CDU’s and Chillers).

The ideal candidate has at least an associate degree in Business and 3 years of manufacturing supply chain experience with ERP systems, plus strong communication and supplier collaboration. This on-site role offers a $60,000-$80,000 salary range with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience working directly with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute MRP-driven purchase orders and releases.
• Release work orders and manage blanket orders.
• Expedite materials and coordinate with planning, purchasing and warehouse teams.
• Implement lean initiatives such as Kanban and participate in Kaizen events.
• Support Operations and Supply Chain with continuous improvement initiatives.
