Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a Production Planner to develop and manage production schedules that align with customer delivery and manufacturing efficiency. You will coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and quality teams to optimize capacity and minimize disruptions.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field and 3–5 years in production planning, with ERP/MRP experience (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and lean manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Lean or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Analyze orders, forecasts, and inventory to create feasible production plans.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure materials are available for schedules.
• Monitor work orders and adjust schedules for shortages or downtime.
• Communicate schedule changes to cross-functional teams.
