Moog, Inc. is seeking a Buyer/Planner to join our Space division in East Aurora, NY or Niagara Falls, NY. The role combines strategic supplier development with day-to-day purchasing to meet program schedules and cost, quality, and delivery targets.

You will report to the Process Manager and work in a collaborative environment with a hybrid schedule on first shift. To be considered, a Bachelor's degree (or Associate's with relevant experience) and strong communication skills are required; Power

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or similar.
• Associate's degree and 2 years procurement/planning experience a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities/categories.
• Negotiate suppliers, pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and reduce risk.
• Manage supplier performance, on-time delivery and quality metrics.
