PHD, Inc in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Buyer/Planner to ensure materials and supplier capacity meet production needs while balancing inventory, lead times, and cost. You will review MRP and coordinate deliveries with suppliers and internal partners to protect schedules and commitments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in purchasing or material planning in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Formación

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 3+ years purchasing/material planning/supply chain/inventory in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data and trends.

Responsabilidades

• Review MRP requirements, demand changes, forecasts, inventory, and supplier capacity to set purchasing priorities.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, supplier schedules, acknowledgments, and delivery commitments.
• Expedite deliveries and resolve ERP/MRP exceptions to protect production schedules.
• Communicate requirements and priorities to suppliers and coordinate with internal partners.
