Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER ITD division is seeking a Buyer for OSP at our Camarillo, CA facility. The role focuses on outside process buying, supplier negotiations, and ensuring timely supply at optimal cost. You will manage PO activity, integrate MRP data, and support PPV analyses.

Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 2 years in supply chain, and SAP experience. Hybrid ITAR considerations apply with no relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of experience in a supply chain/manufacturing environment.
• 1 year of experience with SAP.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Camarillo, CA.

Responsibilities

• Quote and buy assigned purchased parts for the site.
• Control inventory impact by analyzing MOQ vs consumption.
• Run and report causes with action plan for price variances (PPV).
• Maintain MRP health by aligning purchase order dates and quantities.
• Process supplier related RMAs and resolve PO/invoice discrepancies.
• Expedite critical orders and coordinate with the supply chain team for escalations.
