Job summary

Waterworks in Danbury, CT is seeking a Buyer to join our supply chain team. You will manage suppliers, drive the procurement cycle from PO to payment, and help maintain optimal inventory. The role requires 2–5 years of buying/planning experience, a Bachelor’s in a related field, MRP/ERP experience (Infor M3 a plus), and strong MS Office skills. On-site presence at our Danbury HQ three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years’ experience as a buyer or planner in manufacturing.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems; Infor M3 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate materials.
• Oversee the full procurement cycle from purchase order creation to payment.
• Place and manage POs using MRP/ERP; align with forecasts and demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer demand and inventory goals.
