Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or engineering related field.
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing or procurement in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier management experience.
• Good command of English.
• Structured, analytical, and team‑oriented approach.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; US Person per export controls.

Responsibilities

• Support market analyses and implement category strategies for the plant.
• Develop and execute profitable purchasing strategies and negotiation approaches.
• Monitor the supply market and manage supplier portfolio for quality, cost, delivery, and compliance.
• Negotiate prices and conditions and manage supplier contracts.
• Coordinate suppliers, including price planning and tracking saving initiatives.
