Job summary

Hadrian is building autonomous factories in the United States and is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Buyer to own end-to-end procurement from RFQ to PO, managing supplier relations and performance. You will ensure cost, quality, and schedule targets are met while collaborating with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of procurement or supply chain execution experience owning a direct commodity.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Strong project management instincts with attention to detail and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing across commodities including RFQ development, supplier selection, negotiation, and PO management.
• Interface between suppliers and customers to align requirements, timelines, and quality.
• Own demand fulfillment with focus on quality while optimizing cost and schedule.
• Develop supplier relationships and drive accountability via KPIs with Supplier Quality.
