Hadrian is building autonomous factories that accelerate aerospace/defense manufacturing. The Senior Supply Chain Buyer (Direct Spend) owns end-to-end procurement from RFQ through PO and manages supplier performance to hit cost, quality, and schedule targets.

This role requires 2+ years in procurement or supply chain, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with ERP systems. You will lead sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, and foster cross-functional relationships to keep

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in procurement or supply chain execution.
• Ability to interpret drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing requirements.
• Experience with ERP and purchasing/planning functions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing across assigned commodity or program area, including RFQ development, supplier selection, negotiation, and PO management through acknowledgement.
• Serve as the primary interface between suppliers and customers, ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Own demand fulfillment with a focus on quality, while optimizing cost and schedule.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships using KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide tactical support on customer and supplier contracts to ensure requirements are met.
• Identify process gaps and build or improve operational workflows.
• Coordinate with internal supplier quality to resolve issues swiftly and accurately.
