Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a buyer, category manager, or procurement professional.
• Experience purchasing manufactured components, metals, tooling, or industrial products.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing operations have the materials, components, and services needed to build firearms.
• Develop procurement strategy with a focus on category management.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
