Responsibilities

• Supports the Business Unit Manager in day-to-day needs and workcell management.
• Manages portions of customer relationships (e.g., NPI, product line) through direct customer contact.
• Prepares materials for RFP responses and commercial claims (e.g., excess/obsolete materials).
• Contributes to forecast and variance processes in the company’s financial system.
• Supports QBR processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
