Job summary

CAHEC Management Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Training Analyst to design, develop, and deliver training for various software applications across the organization.

The role focuses on aligning training with business needs and improving user proficiency. You will work with managers to identify learning requirements, create development plans for teams and individuals, and manage end-to-end training programs, including coordinating delivery and evaluating outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience supporting business applications, property management systems, data systems, or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to independently research and resolve complex system and business process issues.
• Experience with system implementations, software upgrades, process improvement, or technology-related projects preferred.
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs, including HUD, USDA Rural Development, and LIHTC, preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
