Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Business Systems and Reporting Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, owning recurring reporting and documenting requirements for Salesforce and related applications.

The ideal candidate will partner with Operations, Recruiting, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance to translate needs into actionable requirements, develop dashboards, and coordinate testing, rollout

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Operations, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in business analysis, business systems, reporting, or operations analysis.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analyses.
• Strong Excel skills, data validation, and data analysis.
• Experience with CRM, ATS, ERP, or similar business apps.
• Experience performing UAT and documenting defects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical resources.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and Data Analysis: develop, maintain, and distribute recurring executive, operational, sales, and recruiting reports.
• Build and enhance reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Excel, and other tools.
• Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, Jira tickets, requirements docs, and acceptance criteria.
• Document current and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide first-level Salesforce, Bullhorn for Salesforce, and related app support.
• Coordinate testing and rollout planning, training, and post-launch support.
• Maintain enhancement backlogs and track dependencies to completion.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving reporting, systems, and process improvement.
