Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Business Systems and Reporting Analyst to support data-informed decision-making, process improvement, and effective use of systems across the organization. You’ll bridge business stakeholders with technical teams, own recurring reporting, and gather requirements.

The role partners with Operations, Recruiting, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and internal tech teams to drive improvements and ensure data quality. Strong Excel and Salesforce skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Operations, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience in business analysis, business systems, reporting, or operations analysis
• Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business analyses
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and data analysis
• Experience with a CRM/ATS/enterprise platform or similar business application
• Experience performing user acceptance testing and documenting defects or system issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with both business stakeholders and technical resources
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated problem-solving and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Reporting and data analysis: develop, maintain, and distribute recurring executive, operational, sales, and recruiting reports
• Build and enhance reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Excel, and other tools
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from business and executives
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Validate accuracy and completeness of reporting outputs
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate corrective action
• Document definitions for key metrics and reporting fields
• Business analysis and process improvement: understand needs, gather requirements, translate into user stories and Jira tickets
• Document current-state and future-state processes; identify workflow improvements
• Drive alignment on proposed changes and track decisions
• Coordinate requirements, stakeholder feedback, testing, and release readiness
• Cross-functional project support: participate in projects involving reporting, systems, or process improvement
• Provide analysis, data validation, testing, documentation, and training support
• Assist with system training and rollout planning
• Support reporting on adoption and business outcomes
