Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS) required; Acumatica experience preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or similar role.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Evaluate systems and processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Create clear documentation including process maps and training materials.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics as needed.
