PNC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for its SRC organization, with opportunities to work across multiple office locations including Strongsville, OH. The role focuses on change management for system enhancements, requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and release readiness to support business objectives.

The candidate will collaborate with IT, project managers, developers, and business leaders, driving change activities and leading scrum meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and <1 year of professional experience (or completion of a development program) are typical requirements.
• Experience translating client requirements into functional documentation and participating in designs and test planning.
• Ability to design, prototype, configure, and test applications and support deployment.

Responsabilités

• Develop functional requirements for business systems and participate in testing, training, and implementation.
• Translate client requirements into functional docs; contribute to technical designs and test planning.
• Design, prototype, configure, and test new or enhanced applications to meet business needs.
• Perform customer support activities for new or existing applications during implementation.
• Monitor application operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient performance.
