PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within the Asset Management Group to translate business needs into actionable system requirements and coordinate across business and technology teams.

Based in multiple U.S. locations including Pittsburgh, you will drive requirements, validate designs, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards while collaborating with stakeholders across sales-focused and process-focused groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• CBAP certification is a plus and industry certifications are desirable.
• Experience translating business needs into system requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, functional specifications, and workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements considering data, process, and technology constraints.
• Support solution design by validating requirements and ensuring alignment with downstream systems and enterprise standards.

As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Asset Management Group (AMG) organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL, Strongsville, OH, Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, Pittsburgh, PA, or Dallas, TX.

What we are looking for:

Business Systems Analysis & Solution Alignment

Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system workflows.

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements while considering data, process, and technology constraints.
• Support solution design by validating requirements, identifying dependencies, and ensuring alignment with downstream systems and enterprise standards.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technology delivery teams to drive shared understanding of scope, priorities, and outcomes.

• Facilitate working sessions, requirement reviews, and walkthroughs to validate understanding and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Communicate effectively across both sales-focused and process-focused groups, tailoring messaging to audience needs.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55,000.00 - $120,750.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
