Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, information systems, or related field.
• 0–3 years in IS/IT environment.
• Lean/Six Sigma exposure preferred (PMP/Lean Six Sigma certifications listed as preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work with more senior team members, customers, software engineers, architects, and capability managers to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle by actively participating on Agile scrum teams in various roles.
• Support requirements testing with plans, scenarios, documentation, and defect management.
• Assure compliance for required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and provide accurate documentation to stakeholders and management.
• Other duties as assigned.
