Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with senior team members, customers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Capability Managers to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
• Participate in the full SDLC by contributing on Agile scrum teams in roles such as Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, or Tester.
• Support requirements testing (testing plan, scenarios, documentation, defect management) to minimize production defects and tie results to customer impacts.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with team, customers, partners, and management; assist with requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews; provide clear documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
