Job summary

Affinity Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support core business systems, gather requirements, and design advanced solutions in collaboration with IT and business teams.

You will lead elicitation workshops, develop technical specifications, assist with testing and UAT, and manage the change control process to keep systems running smoothly and securely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or certificate.
• Experience translating business needs into implementable solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Salesforce and MS Project.
• Familiarity with Visio or Lucidchart for flowcharts.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for business systems and SLAs.
• Gather requirements and develop advanced solutions and specs.
• Lead elicitation workshops to determine technical requirements.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and test plans with stakeholders.
• Manage change control processes and system upgrades.
