Job summary

enGen is seeking an IT Architecture professional in a hybrid role (T,W,Th) within 50 miles of the Austin office. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, elicit and manage requirements, and ensure traceability from business to technical specs.

You will coordinate with Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security and external vendors, supporting re-estimation and ensuring alignment with strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or closely related field is required.
• 3 years of experience in an IT discipline is required.
• Master degree and healthcare experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to define and design business processes and enabling technologies.
• specify and design large or complex systems and architectures.
• Communicate requirements and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security and Vendors.
