Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Business Architecture Manager in Austin, TX to design an integrated enterprise view and drive business-IT alignment. You will gather requirements, write specifications, and demonstrate solutions to the client and development teams.

You will lead technical strategy, provide stakeholder updates, and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on delivering complex BI and analytics projects across global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years in IT consulting.
• 5 years experience designing, architecting, configuring, coding, testing, and deploying Oracle BI solutions.
• 5 years implementing Oracle BI applications and cloud-based functionalities.
• 5 years gathering requirements with offshore/onshore teams and delivery coordination.
• 5 years overseeing senior stakeholders, providing status updates and risk management.
• 3 years using Oracle analytical tools and ETL tools as listed.
• Willingness to travel domestically ~80%.

Responsibilities

• Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using repeatable approaches and industry techniques.
• Gather and analyze information to define project specs and requirements.
• Write functional specs, use cases, and requirements for system changes.
• Develop strategy and demonstrate functionality to business, IT, client, and development teams.
• Provide technical support to development teams for functional specs and solutions.
• Identify and assess complex problems and create well-evaluated solutions.
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including SLA tracking and defect reporting.
