• Pull data from warehouses and systems to report on customer and division performance.
• Analyze pricing, rebates, sales, gross profit and ROI, and recommend actions.
• Create and update sales plans, contracts and customer profiles.
• Troubleshoot and document data discrepancies.
• Keep department procedures documented.
• Support special projects.
