Job summary
United Holdings seeks a pricing support specialist to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and to assist the pricing team with data analysis and process documentation. This role emphasizes strong customer service, analytical thinking, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to maintain accurate pricing information.
You will translate large data into meaningful insights, update pricing across KDS companies, and participate in rebates filing with vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Finance or Mathematics background a strong plus.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and data analysis experience.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficient with Excel and Power BI; experience with ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the pricing inbox and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with Pricing Analysts to update pricing across KDS companies.
- File rebates with vendors.
- Translate large data sets into actionable insights for key business decisions.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
- Provide high-quality pricing customer service and clear communications.
