• Demonstrated experience supporting large DoD/IC organizations with strategic-level expertise.

• Providing strategic leadership and direction for the contractor support team, overseeing administration, personnel coordination, and enterprise-level logistics.
• Leading high-visibility projects such as business process re-engineering, organizational stand-ups, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Guiding operational budget and resource planning with advanced data analysis and funding recommendations.
• Managing information flow between contractor team and senior government leadership with clear, rapid communication.
• Preparing background materials and talking points for leadership engagements with Congress, OMB, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience with resource planning and portfolio management within a large DoW or IC organization.
