Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Program Management, Business, or Computer Science.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Major System Acquisitions within the DoD/IC.
• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in Program Management (cost, schedule, performance, risk).
• PMP or DAWIA certification preferred.
• Experience bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and contributing to multiple program efforts through integrated analysis of cost, schedule, risk, and contract performance.
• Liaising between technical and non-technical teams, translating progress into clear reports for leadership.
• Leading development of strategic resource plans and validating resource requirements for long-term objectives.
• Analyzing internal and external projects to identify interdependencies, risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
