General Matter in Los Angeles is seeking a tenacious Business & Operations Recruiter to build high-caliber business and operational teams and shape talent strategy. This role supports a broad portfolio including People Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Facilities, and Business Operations.

You will own full-cycle recruitment for both high-volume and specialized searches, partnering with leaders, delivering a strong candidate experience, and driving scalable processes to help

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience; or 4+ years of professional recruiting in lieu of a degree.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, business, or operational functions.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience spanning intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and closing.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with varying complexity and urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a broad range of corporate and operational roles.
• Recruit across People Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Facilities, and other non-technical functions.
• Balance high-volume and specialized searches; adapt sourcing strategies per role.
• Partner with leaders, provide labor-market insights, and calibrate hiring profiles.
• Conduct initial interviews assessing capability, judgment, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Design and execute creative sourcing using outreach, referrals, mapping, events, and campaigns.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting General Matter’s mission and culture.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve outcomes; maintain ATS records for reporting.
• Wear many hats: coordinate onsite interviews, support early-career hiring, build scalable processes.
