You will translate the Chairman’s vision into executable programs, lead critical initiatives, and manage confidential projects with swift, precise action.

Ideal candidates bring 6–10 years in demanding environments, strong financial fluency, and proven ability to navigate from factory floors to boardrooms. MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in high‑stakes environments (consulting, investment banking, PE, military leadership, or operating roles).
• Proven track record delivering outcomes under pressure and ambiguity.
• Strong financial fluency with modeling, forecasting and P&L knowledge.
• Multi‑project management mastery across concurrent initiatives.
• Industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or B2B exposure is a plus.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Turn the Chairman’s vision into reality through hands‑on execution and project ownership.
• Lead critical initiatives end‑to‑end — M&A, turnarounds, strategic planning, confidential projects.
• Step into operational gaps, triage issues, stabilize performance, and drive accountability.
• Draft communications and maintain visibility into major initiatives and risks.
• Build relationships with executives, investors, and advisors with discretion.
