Job summary

Macquarie Asset Management seeks a Business Manager for the Americas Institutional segment within the Client Solutions Group. You will shape strategic plans, budgets, and revenue forecasts while coordinating with diverse teams to deliver initiatives across the Americas region.

The role requires strong analytical and presentation skills, excellent project management, and the ability to influence across a global, matrixed organization. Hybrid work arrangements are available for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in business management, project management or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with ability to interpret data and present insights.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects globally.
• Experience facilitating new business processes and technology implementations; familiarity with AI tools and CRM platforms preferred.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans including budgets, revenue forecasts and resource plans.
• Manage events, townhalls and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with leadership across Client Solutions Group and regional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Carry out data analysis to draw insights and inform decision making.
