Job summary
Macquarie Asset Management in New York is seeking a Business Analyst / Associate Product Manager to bridge private markets and technology, translating business needs into digital solutions. You will partner with business, data and engineering teams to gather requirements and support delivery from discovery through launch.
You will help improve processes, support AI initiatives and drive data-informed decisions that create value for investment teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager or similar role within financial services.
- Experience gathering requirements, creating functional specifications or user stories, and supporting delivery through to implementation.
- Experience working within Agile or product delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, align priorities and manage risks across business and technology teams.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences and use data to support decision-making.
