Job summary

Macquarie Asset Management is seeking a Business Manager within the Client Solutions Group for the Americas. You will build business plans, forecast budgets, and coordinate strategic initiatives across finance, HR, marketing, product, and technology.

You will partner with group leadership to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations. You will also manage events and communicate outcomes to executives, while driving adoption of new processes and tools across global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in business management, project management or management consulting, ideally within the asset management sector.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with ability to interpret data and synthesize into management presentations.
• Excellent project management skills with track record of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced global environment.
• Experience facilitating adoption of new processes and technology solutions; global operating models with regional adaptation.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans including budgets, revenue forecasts and strategic resource plans.
• Manage events and townhalls; maintain stakeholder relationships across finance, HR, marketing, product, portfolio and technology.
• Provide executive advisory to leadership and partners in Client Solutions Group's Institutional business in the Americas.
• Carry out data analysis to draw insights and inform strategic decision making.
