Job summary

Ziply Fiber seeks a Business Development Program Manager to oversee business processes, project validation, systems verification, and lead management for new construction projects. You will collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Field Operations, Direct Sales, and Account Management teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, Salesforce tooling, forecasting, dashboards, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years in program coordination, project management, or ops support.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales or Operations.
• Proficient with project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana or similar).
• Salesforce or other CRM proficiency including workflows, reporting, and lead tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deliverables and coordinate across teams.
• Strong MS Office 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Analytical mindset with data-driven business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage single and multi-family development projects from contract execution through lead assignment and reporting.
• Use tools to plan and track timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
• Monitor task completion and develop mitigation plans for at-risk tasks.
