Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Manager, Facilities to lead the development and execution of facilities operations, safety, and maintenance programs across the Ziply footprint. You will guide a team and influence cross-functional projects while ensuring reliable infrastructure.

You have 8+ years in facilities management, deep knowledge of building systems, regulatory compliance, and strong budgeting and planning skills. This role requires PST business hours and occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 8 years in Facilities Management.
• Strong background in commercial/industrial building systems (HVAC, power, fire detection/suppression, building controls).
• Experience with regulatory requirements (electrical codes, OSHA, ADA).
• Proven ability to solve problems under emergency conditions and plan projects within budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facilities Supervisors, staff and services across Ziply footprint.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs for facilities (HVAC, generators, fuel tanks, etc.).
• Manage security, compliance, and policy implementation for facilities.
• Coordinate vendor setup, purchases, and contracts; assist with budgeting and capital planning.
• Support space planning and building transitions; ensure on-time project delivery.
