You will collaborate with senior recruiters to fulfill client needs and stay aware of marketable skills.

You will regularly engage with clients through calls and meetings, leveraging your network to expand opportunities while acting as a trusted consulting partner.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing client relationships to win projects and talent searches in HR, Administration, Staff Accountants, Marketing, Customer Service, Office Support, and more.
• Work with experienced staffing recruiters to fulfill client needs and stay aware of available talent and marketable skill sets.
• Regularly make calls, attend client meetings and social events, and deepen ties with leadership while serving as a consultative business partner.
