Job summary

MEI Rigging & Crating, LLC is seeking a Business Development professional to drive revenue through strategic planning and execution in Chantilly, VA. You will lead prospecting efforts, support bids, and align operations with sales objectives.

You will coordinate with the national sales team, develop client relationships, and manage multiple projects from funding to close, while maintaining robust CRM records and delivering persuasive presentations to win business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales experience with large organizations or similar industries.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus; field-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact and manage leads and prospect lists.
• Coordinate site visits, bids, and price estimation for projects.
• Develop and track multiple large projects from funding to close.
• Coordinate with operations and estimators for project execution and pricing.
• Build relationships with clients and partners; travel to client sites as needed.
• Attend sales meetings and maintain accurate records of area sales.
