Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions in Massachusetts is seeking a proactive Business Development Lead Generation Associate to drive new customer contacts for MEI’s metals and fabrication services. You will collaborate with marketing and the national sales team to optimize leads and guide opportunities from inquiry to quotation.

Key duties include prospecting, timely follow-ups, maintaining CRM data, and building relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proficient in CRM and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel locally as needed.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or with teams.

Responsibilities

• Actively contact and manage leads and prospect lists.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize leads.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers to grow opportunities.
• Maintain CRM data and generate weekly reports.
• Support bids and estimates with accurate information.
