Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or a master's degree required in the relevant industry or business management.
• 5+ years of experience in finding, qualifying, and closing new business via cold calls and self-generated leads.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ZoomInfo, HubSpot and Salesforce.com.
• Strong prospecting, client relationship, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute business development strategy to acquire new clients and expand relationships.
• Foster and maintain relationships with prospective clients as the primary contact.
• Manage sales pipeline and pursue opportunities through calls, networking, and leads.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop proposals and contribute to solutions addressing client needs.
