Focus on the Family seeks a Business Development Analyst 2 to assist the Manager, Business Development Analysis and the Business Services & Strategy team. The role supports ministry owners in planning, prioritization, evaluation, and decision-making, while monitoring budgets and providing business analysis of ministry activities.

You will help manage financial processes, build complex spreadsheets, and coordinate with the Enterprise Portfolio to design and maintain reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business.
• 5–7 years of Financial/Business Analysis experience.
• Experience coordinating strategy and budget is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, budgeting, and monitoring of ministry budgets.
• Maintain and analyze BI/Impact Centers' ministry objectives.
• Provide in-depth metrics analysis of prioritized activities.
• Coordinate financial processes through ministry teams and accounts.
• Lead cross-functional teams in market analysis efforts.
