Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• CBCP and/or CEM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of FNB’s Business Continuity Management process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (FFIEC).
• Conduct and update BIAs and Business Continuity Plans with cross-functional teams, ensuring plans reflect current processes and align with risk controls.
• Design, facilitate, and evaluate exercises that test Business Continuity Plans and recovery capabilities with IT/DR partners.
• Serve as the primary on-call contact for disruptions, coordinating with departments to identify impacts and recover critical processes.
• Collaborate with Third-Party Risk Management to address vendor continuity risks and reflect them in plans.
• Develop leadership reports highlighting updates, trends, and metrics for the continuity program.
• Collaborate on contingency planning for potential disruptions and develop actionable response plans.
• Performs other related duties and remains committed to risk management obligations.
