Job summary

BMO is seeking a Commercial Sales & Service professional in Thousand Oaks to cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of small business clients, building a pipeline of new business and expanding existing relationships.

You will analyze financial statements, assess credit risk, and cross-sell banking products while delivering exceptional service to meet client goals. A post-secondary degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis skills with ability to interpret statements and provide insights.
• Experience assessing creditworthiness and risk to grow business and mitigate risk.
• Solid knowledge of business banking products, lending processes and related policies.
• Proven track record in financial services sales and exceptional client service.
