Job summary

BMO is seeking a Commercial Sales & Service professional to cultivate and manage a portfolio of small business clients. You will develop strategies to attract new business, expand existing relationships, and cross-sell financial products to meet client goals.

You will analyze financials, understand lending processes, and deliver exceptional service while building trust and long-term profitability within your assigned portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates, builds, and manages relationships with a portfolio of small business clients.
• Develops and executes sales strategies to attract new business and expand relationships.
• Identifies opportunities and cross-sells products and services to meet client needs.
• Develops and maintains a business plan and relationship management strategies to achieve retention objectives.
• Answers inquiries with accurate information about business banking products and services.
