You will apply consultative sales practices to identify opportunities, develop a strategic business plan, and build trusted relationships with centers of influence.

You will analyze financial statements, propose banking solutions, cross-sell products, and coordinate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service while adhering to risk

Qualifications

• Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in related field.
• Strong financial analysis skills, with ability to interpret financial statements and extract actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, and related policies.
• Proven experience in customer sales and service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develops and executes sales strategies to attract new business clients and expand existing relationships.
• Develops internal and external networks and referral sources to ensure ongoing growth of the business.
• Generates appointments and opportunities to grow business results through targeted sales efforts.
• Develops client rapport and trust to improve credibility and retention.
• Provides advice and guidance to assigned business on implementation of solutions.
