Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manhattan Beach, CA seeks a BRM I to manage a portfolio of 100–130 business clients, delivering customized financial solutions and guidance. You’ll build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with partners across lines of business to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include providing deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000 while maintaining rigorous risk controls and top-tier client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit, core products and services, and industry market variations.
• Ability to communicate with clients and internal partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with $1–$5 million annual revenue.
• Provide tailored banking solutions, deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences while applying risk management practices.
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their business locations.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client needs and goals.
• Support branches and adhere to regulatory risk controls.
