EagleBank seeks a Business Banking Portfolio Manager to independently underwrite loan requests, renewals, and modifications while partnering with Relationship Managers and clients throughout the lending process.

You will analyze financial information, manage a loan pipeline, review documentation, and help ensure timely closings and portfolio maintenance while upholding a strong credit culture.

Formación

• 2 years of commercial credit analysis or portfolio management experience
• In-depth knowledge of commercial loan documentation
• Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, financial ratios, cash flow, collateral and guarantor analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Accounting preferred (BA/BS)

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite new loan requests, renewals, and modifications with Relationship Managers
• Analyze financial information and manage an active loan pipeline
• Review loan documentation and ensure timely closings and portfolio maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate loan presentations to approving parties after underwriting
• Monitor small business lending portfolio for credit deterioration
• Serve as backup for Portfolio Administrators
• Assist in obtaining third-party reports as needed
• Prepare weekly loan pipeline and approved-but-not-booked reports
• Engage in meetings with existing and prospective customers
