Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3 years commercial lending experience.
• 2 years in a similar role.
• Familiarity with commercial loan documentation.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Good customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organization skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Reviews loan package approvals to determine required due diligence items.
• Collects required due diligence materials for new loans, extensions, and modifications.
• Coordinates loan requirements and ensures information is complete and accurate prior to closing.
• Maintains communication regarding loan status and progress with customers and internal teams.
• Drafts loan closing documents and updates for deficiencies.
• Prepares loan files for funding and submits documents to relevant departments.
• Monitors past-due loans and loans approaching maturity; resolves exceptions.
